Two major annoyances with this parts department, first is that if they have a part at the collision facility, they won't get it to you the same day, and won't let you pick it up either. The second, when I asked for a better price, the gentleman at parts rudely informed me that "Yeah, that's the retail price", when we both know damn well there's room to play. Ended up buying the part from a competing dealership that sold it $29 cheaper.
