I lived in the apartments for many years. I wouldn't recommend living in these apartments. They don't allow dogs or cats as pets, but if you get a doctor's note for anxiety, then you can have a pet in your apartment. I couldn't work ANY overtime even one time at my job because they would raise my rent on that little extra income. Also, they would physically inspect each apartment every 6 months. The mailboxes would literally freeze shut in the winter time...they need mailboxes on each individual apartment door instead of out... read more

I lived in the apartments from 2010 to 2013. These apartments are section 8 government based on income apartments. The apartments themselves were ok but the intrusive landlords (based in Wabash) would get out of hand. Multiple times a year, the apartment manager would do inspections of everyone's apartments...it was very intrusive. I know for a fact some tenants didn't live in the apartments for the minimum amount of days required in a month to live there. The mailboxes would freeze shut in the winter.
