Staff was awesome!
Had an awesome experience with Tiara at Lafontaine. Very professional and attentive. Quickly replied to all of my questions, went above and beyond the entire time and really made for an awesome experience buying a car here!
I had called to schedule a service appointment to get a new spare key. When I had arrived, The spare key had not been ordered and was not on site. I also asked that the System update be fixed and when I left I continue to get that notification. Those concerns aside, I would like to specifically point out Jacob Burrell Who is very professional and gives excellent service. I also appreciated the video I received with the update on my car needs.
