Agreed to purchase a used vehicle with 12,000 miles and purchase price was given to me in writing. A small dent on a door was to be repaired and vehicle would be ready Monday. After the hundreds of positive reviews, I was shocked recently when I wasted fuel, time, and two hours of PTO to attempt to purchase a car from this dealership. I booked an appointment, confirming the car was available. The car I was interested in was already sold. No one told me, asked me not to come. Tiara has been fantastic in putting my deal together. She is in Mi. And I am in In. She went above and beyond in helping me as I have never brought a car from long distance. The dealership has done everything they promised. I am a good distance away and if opportunity arrives again to buy a car from Tiara and laFontaine Acura I will .
I entrusted LaFontaine with my family’s life when I bought a certified 2023 Pacifica. The first car showed damage—they swapped it. But months later, the second car’s steering failed. If I’d been on the freeway, it could’ve been fatal. Despite the warranty, they claimed I had none and demanded $10,000. After diagnosing the issue, they gave me 24 hours: pay or remove my car. This comment has to do with a specific Salesperson, I’m sure dealer is great too! This is my families 3rd purchase from Taylor L. She absolutely is amazing. Was very personable and answered our MANY questions. Tracking down the exact car we wanted. Worked with our needs. Was absolutely amazing the whole way! Have a 4th family member who needs a bigger car, I told them, Go see Taylor! Don’t waste your time with any other dealer! We aren’t supper local however definitely worth it!! Have I mentioned, Go see Taylor!
