Terrible service. Called to get extensive service update B1367 completed. Scheduled service and they were unclear what needed to be done and had no idea about price. Told me someone would call me back. Never received a phone call. I called 3 days later and told them never received call. Asked for a loaner. They scheduled me with service and a loaner. Was supposed to pick up loaner at 5 pm. I called them at 4:30 to make sure loaner was there. They said they would check and call me back. They never called. Called again at 5:40... read more
