Worst apartment complex ever, They love the courts and love to sue and charge with excessive costs. Management sucks and they fix nothing after numerous calls to management and maintenance. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else and pay more or less not to deal with this apartments bs.
These apartments would be ok to live in if they employed half way decent people and not trash landlords who do nothing. The other person said it correcly! The hallways stink, most of the time the washers/dryers are broke and dont get fixed for months, in the winter sidewalks are not cleared until 8 hours after the storm, trash all over the place and broken down cars in parking lot for years! lived there for one year, just long enough to live my lease out. Hallways stink, carpet in halls dirty, spit on walls that was never cleaned in the year I was there. A real DUMP!
I wouldnt live here if you are thinking about it! The landlord is useless! Sidewalks are unclear in winter and very icy. Gutters hanging down off most of the buildings roofs causing it to flood everywhere. Mostly party people in these apartments and very noisy! The landlords girlfriend is mean to all the children who try to play in the summer.
