Moved into a new home/new neighborhood in August of 2020. Apparently, some of the homes were wired by a trainee. Within the past 4 years, multiple homes have had breakers fail and have to be replaced. One home had the outlets installed incorrectly. Many of the can lights were not seated correctly. This week I had a microwave breaker trip when the microwave was NOT in use. Since it is "no longer during the warranty term, there's nothing we can do. I have been working in the warranty department of new construction residential home builders in Atlanta for the past 19 years. LaFlamme is by far the best electrical company that I have ever worked with. We have very few issues with their work in warranty. But when an issue does arise, they have a super responsive office staff, knowledgeable service techs, and leadership that always takes responsibility and makes things right.
