The customer service was disappointing. The owner came across as unfriendly and dismissive, especially toward customers who were only buying a small amount. Even though we were retail customers, we still paid their regular, relatively high prices, so I don't think we should have been treated differently just because we weren't buying in bulk. They usually take out all the dead and clean the seafood, higher quality for the price
Great quality and large blue crab!
Andrew took care of me. We needed live crawfish for a boil in NYC. Andrew threw in the seasoning oil and powder to make sure our boil was a success. Pick up at the airport was easy and the crawfish were still kicking on arrival. There were BIG ones!! Perfect Saturday for the books. World Cup, Knicks in 5, banging seafood boil!
