On 11/29/24, we signed a lease on house rental that, despite looking nice, we quickly discovered was uninhabitable due to extreme water damage/mold in the basement and throughout the living room subfloor. This was like nothing I'd ever seen. We immediately reached out to Debra V, the realtor to help resolve the issue, which to our surprise was of no help at all.
