1 year later and the management doesn’t cease to amaze me! They answer promptly, and ALWAYS go above and beyond to make sure all my comforts are met! Fed ex left an important package outside and management went immediately to retrieve it while I was at work. One of the many examples of phenomenal customer service! Thanks again

I would not live here, way overpriced for being nestled between a busy highway and the ghetto. Also Little to no amenities for this apartment complex. They have no pool, no steam room, no rec area, just a tiny gym. The kicker is how much of a fee there is to park your car in an unprotected lot where anyone off the street has access to your car. For those not familiar with Detroit, it is not on the ‘up and up’ but remains a sad example of urban decay. Do not over pay for such low quality

I’ve been working with Kim and Desiree for a few weeks now and they are phenomenal! Such a professional and attentive staff, always with a warm welcome and great conversation. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and a great location - I highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking to make a move downtown!

Good afternoon, I’ve lived here for a year and the management here has been more than accommodating for my needs and concerns. I really love that I’m walking distances from everything!!! The casino, the riverwalk, tigers stadium and lions. I’ll be definitely renewing my lease for next years as this staff of the building has became family. Thank you for all you do and I can’t wait for the roof top pool!!!

Gorgeous place to live. The views are so gorgeous. Walking distance to everything downtown. Short distance to eastern Market, Dequinder Cut Rivewalk. Easy access to all freeways. Beautiful area to live!! Management is extremely helpful
