Thanks Oscar! We went in because we couldn't figure out how to factory reset the used Volkswagon we bought at a different dealership. Oscar took a few minutes to help us and we were most thankful for his kindness and professionalism!
After 2 weeks of having the vehicle the check engine light came on with a multitude of issues - 2017 Ford Escape (this is all prior to a 1st time payment) it has also been bought to my attention that the rotors, brakes, oil, fuel pump, evap control system and canister purge valve are bad. - I’m being advised that the car is being sold as is and met with “I don’t have to replace anything”, “you bought the car”, “you can pay for those things out of pocket” - although I tried to return the car in less than a 24 of purchase.
