Alex is an excelente salesperson, he is very patient and explains every detail you need to know about the vehicles, or any other questions you may have about the prices, etc. He took time to make sure I drove different vehicles until I was happy with my pick. I give him a 5 star review!
5 days ago I experienced a catastrophic engine failure in my 2015 GTI with 116,000 plus miles on it. Luckily, though I was still over 1000 miles from home, the breakdown occurred only 2 or 3 miles away from Lafayette Volkswagen. In over 45 years of owning VWs -- first a Passat, then a Rabbit, then a Golf, then 2 GTIs, then a Jetta, and now a new Jetta GLI --I have never been treated nicer and with more professionalism than by the folks at Lafayette VW. Christopher Lopez was an absolute joy to work with. He was very knowledgeable on the different models, and options each trim level had. He dealt with our indecisions of colors like a champ lol. He even took the time to show us features on cars we weren't purchasing while waiting for our turn with finance. Got to see/deal with Connor the sales manager, who sold us our first VW and made sure we got our bonus $750 for "preferred customer" seeing as we were a returning customer trading in our 2022 Tiguan.
