nurse carolyn laughed at me when i expressed concern and feelings of pain. when i told her i thought her behavior was disrespectful she gave the classic "no you are" because i said a curse word. not at her, just said it because i am frustrated dealing with this awful clinic. so, according to carolyn, belittling your patient is not as bad as saying the f-word. what a terrible person.
Grateful for the help they’ve been providing for my family and I thought out the years. Stephanie Ross, Jennifer, and Noel have been especially friendly.
