Just flat out rude!!!!
I took my elderly father for his eye appointment today. My mom just passed away last month. I am my dads legal health care representative and I have POA. The eye appointment and eye tests went well. The staff took us into another room and wanted to inject a dye into his vein and pictures taken of his eyes. This procedure was done in October.
