Very much liked the food served for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Communication by staff is terrible. Also, they had in my mother’s chart that she had a hip replacement (she had back surgery). This mistake wasn’t discovered until two weeks after discharge when we were trying to figure out why she had an ortho follow up with a totally different surgeon and their office indicated this appointment was for a possible femur fracture. After arriving on New Year’s Eve by Friday I was giving everyone.a Ten in all departments. Everyone went above and beyond giving me the best care ever. From the house keeping . PCT’s,Nurses, pharmacy, The Therapy Department, kitchen staff and the Doctors. I see how hard they all work to make difference in people lives. When I was finally able to leave on January 14 I can say they helped give me my life back and independence. Thank you Joe Dye P.S They are not just healthcare workers they are healers.
