I believe all the staff is fantastic. They have been great and I’m a grouchy old man. Love them all!
Compassionate, attentive, well staffed, flexible, individualized, not crowded.
Very much liked the food served for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Communication by staff is terrible. Also, they had in my mother’s chart that she had a hip replacement (she had back surgery). This mistake wasn’t discovered until two weeks after discharge when we were trying to figure out why she had an ortho follow up with a totally different surgeon and their office indicated this appointment was for a possible femur fracture.
