The place has good environment good services assigned parking and they have you install an app or give them your phone number so if your in someone else's spot they send a text saying move your car so that person can place their car in their assigned spot visiting parking is assigned near the office mail is near office and the entrance to all apartments have speed bumps so people can't drive fast for safety reasons
Meh. The units are nice. That's about the only good thing about this place. Dogs crap ALL over the place here, rarely any respectful owners who actually pick up after their dog. Fine warnings are posted all about the area but it doesn't seem to do ANYTHING. Maintenance SUCKS. Requested maintenance to fix our dishwasher nearly three months before we moved out, and the maintenance guy called me asking to come in to fix it AFTER we moved out. Took maintenance two weeks to finish work on our shower which left us without one of o... read more

This place is notorious for raising rent more than once in a year illegally. They have in-house maintenance which can never abide by your schedule and expect you to drop everything for them.. same goes for inspections. They expect you to drop everything at a full-time job to come home for an inspection.. this is highly irregular and unprofessional. It takes them forever to get maintenance completed. There has been no trashcan for the dog poop bag area for over a year, so dog poop bags are thrown all over the place and people... read more
