Care has always been great at this facility. However, it's difficult to get bills paid as they aren't open on Fridays when most people get paid. They do not have a website to pay online either.
I called to receive an X-ray for a child, and the front office was very rude. I told her I was from another dental office and had called three times, needing a mutual patient's X-rays. She said we don't have X-rays for him, so stop calling. I said wow, this is how you treat patients; no wonder they want to leave the office. She then replied that I was not on the child's HIPAA and there was no reason for me to be talking to her. We have used Dr. Sammons for an orthodontist. He is great. There is assistant that is exceptional and her name is Tracy. She treats us almost like family. We love coming to check ups when she is our assistant. Thank you
Amazing office. The 3 Dentists, the assistants, the ladies up front, everyone is kind and helpful! The dentists are all great with children and all very knowledgeable! Highly recommend!
