The Bayou Vermilion District has been recognized by many state and local organizations to be the most effective model for Water Quality Management in the State of Louisiana. We love this group! And have been to Vermilionville and toured the exhibit for Bayou Vermilion District several times. I recommend this as a must visit if you are in the Acadiana area! Not to be confused with the controversy with the school board folks!
We love Bayou Vermilion District!!! We love to bring our out of town guests To Vermilionville to learn more about our Cajun Culture. Also love the monthly spot that y’all do in the local publication Community Chronicles. Keep up the good work!
