Towed my car illegally from my own parking lot last night. Currently asking my landlord to take care of it or the police will be involved soon. Terrible company.
One of their drivers thought it would be a good idea to drive unsafely while towing a car in West Lafayette today. I called and complained, but judging from other reviews here I doubt anything will come of it.
I left my car at a friends apartment not even 6 hours and this place towed it away. $185, with no job due to this virus. All because I didn’t have a permit. How can I have one if I’m VISITING a friend. Based on the rest of the reviews this place is bored and drives around apartment complexes bored and wanting to take others money.
Greasy, shiesty, terrible, they scout out these parking lots, preying on these college kids. They’re a dishonest bunch of cowards. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. 0 stars, would not recommend. AndI’m pretty sure they’re made of spare parts bud.
I was parked at a friend's apartment building from 8:30PM -12:30 (4 hours) and when I came outside my truck was gone. I was not an inconvenience to people living there, because there were plenty of spots left. This company scouts at ANY hour just to make money off vulnerable college students who can barely pay for rent.
RecommendedJR Enterprises arrived on site to clear cars after a serious accident my daughter and I were in. I found both of the drivers to be very kind and professional: it was very welcome given the stress of the circumstances. Thank you JR!
dude towed my car last night at 3am thinking i wouldn’t see him out there and wouldn’t let me get my money so i could pay $100 cash right then had to go get it from his junk place for $180 he told me to go get it i went there had to wait 20 minutes until he would let me get it and he was being sketchy
very friendly & Caring owners & staff. They have fixed my vehicle several times cheaper than other places and they knew what was wrong when other Mechanics played the guessing game. also, when you need them they are prompt& fast. I hihhly recommend them...
