I currently live here, and when I tell you management is horrible believe me, Her Name is Collins and she supposed to be n the office on Tuesday and Thursday and she sometimes is there. The trash shoot is broken the floors are allways dirty, there is random ppl with a ESA to the building that shouldn’t be, ppl are allways I. The hallways making noises. The elevator has been down for more then a year l
The quality standards and operation of the building has decreased greatly over the years. The elevators working properly is like rolling dice. Amenities have been removed yet the rent increases regularly of course.
This is the worst apartment with the worst management imaginable. Avoid at all costs.
