My 2 boys were in an ATV wreck and were sent here. At first the nurses and doctors did tests and x rays and said everything was fine, no broken bones just road burns. The only major thing was that my first born cut a piece of his scalp from the accident but weren't major enough to where he needed stitches. My 2 boys were sent home the next early morning thinking that they were ok with just road burns.... assuming everything was going to be ok. I had 2 of my kids here and they are absolute amazing. Also been here for other things and was treated very well and with care.

I came to ER via ambulance with kidney pain, dehydration, and unable to urinate. Paramedics made me get off the guerney and wait in a chair in the waiting room. No wheelchair. I was there for 8 hours and only received a catheter right before being discharged. Pain meds took forever, I had to give a pregnancy test to receive Torodal. Nurses were ignoring me, I had to unhook myself to use the bathroom. Worst experience ever, I will never return to this ER.

Phone operators have no respect or patience.Workers are so unprofessional ; customer service should be professional.
