I have out lasted all of the management team that has worked here. I have lived in this complex for 10 years. Pending the price adjustments I don't plan to leave anytime soon. Shoot I tried to buy my apartment a few years ago. Ms. Glenda is my favorite person. I don't know how she does it but she knows the names and faces of everyone. I'm baffled to see bad reviews of Lafayette Gardens, and especially personal references to staff. I've just renewed my lease for another year, in part because everyone here is so friendly, generous, and they go out of their way to make you feel at home and valued as a resident. Ms. Glenda in the leasing office is one of the sweetest ladies I've ever met. I rented from her sight-unseen when I was searching for an apartment to use as a writing studio. We have lived here going on 4th year! We love it, we moved here with never seeing the place, Ms. Glenda helped me get everything taken care of. We lived in Bentonville Arkansas and needed to move back asap due to my sister being ill, I called and spoke to Ms. Glenda and when we arrived, it was wonderful, 100 percent perfect. Just like any place things happen, but they are quick on it. We have no plans on moving anytime soon, when you find a place like this, you stay!
Ms. Glenda is amazing! She is helpful and prioritizes the residents concerns.
I have been living in Lafayette Gardens for three years now, and I have had NO issues whatsoever with these apartments. The front office, specifically Mrs. Glenda is outstanding at her job. Whenever I need a maintenance request, she is always first to make sure our home is up to date with maintenance and that the request is taken care of in a fast manner.
