I wanted to move here for a while, but my friend told me how bad this place is. He told me that parking is nothing but pure headache, he also told me that the towing company seems to have a deal with the management because of how often cars get towed. Because of that, people parked out in the streets and even that got banned. You CANNOT catch a break.
I do not advice to live here at all, because you get fines for putting your bike outside, you get fines for not covering your grill, you get fines for trying to fix your car, you get fines for everything. You're always afraid of catching another fine. Awful place.
Absolutely disgusting place. Parking here is a complete scam. Management is clearly working hand-in-hand with the towing company to squeeze as much money as possible out of tenants. If your car is even one inch outside the line — it gets towed, even when it blocks absolutely no one. This is not property management, this is legalized extortion.
