I went to the Federal Center Branch of Lafayette Federal Credit Union in DC. I had a wonderful experience with Camaria Parker and Marianny Salas who went the extra mile helping me and another administrator with deposits from an insurance company. They were both professional and kind.
Edited: I have never had so many bad experiences with a bank but I will say after reaching out to the managers and getting on the phone with customer service they made everything right. I maintained my business with them and will continue to do so. Thank you for fixing the problems!
I have been a member of this over 30 years. I have tried to make a automated payment on line. However I am told the information I'm giving is not the same as info you have. I have gone in to the 409 3rd street DC. I thought this problem was solved. No one will help me by phone. They give numbers to more people who can't help me. I am only trying to make a credit card payment. This is Ridiculous! I don't have time to keep going into your office. Someone needs to tell me what is different so that no can correct it.
