I would not recommend this office. I reached out about a simple medication refill and prior authorization, and instead of helping me, they responded by sending me a cancellation of care letter. I’ve felt dismissed rather than supported, and it has left me without the care I need. Communication has been poor, and I don’t feel they truly advocate for their patients. Went a handful of times and had bad experiences with both the nurse practitioner and the doctor. Both were arrogant assholes. During the 2020 pandemic I already knew I had gotten COVID twice yet the doctor continued to persuade me to get the blood test to prove I had the antibodies. After arguing back and forth several times it was basically forced on me even though I had said "no" multiple times. Horrible experience.

Let me start by saying I have never written a review like this in my life. In all honesty, this was the worst clinical experience I've ever had. Rachel Hewitt's approach and professionalism were severely lacking and, in my opinion, she is possibly the worst medical professional I have ever encountered. I won't be back. I realize that doctors offices is busy. But just out of the blue call and cancel my appointment and tell me to call and reschedule, but nobody will answer. It's unacceptable.
