Let me start by saying I have never written a review like this in my life. In all honesty, this was the worst clinical experience I've ever had. Rachel Hewitt's approach and professionalism were severely lacking and, in my opinion, she is possibly the worst medical professional I have ever encountered. I won't be back. I realize that doctors offices is busy. But just out of the blue call and cancel my appointment and tell me to call and reschedule, but nobody will answer. It's unacceptable.

I have been going to this office for 15 years. I started out at the Flora office. We now for the past 6 years been going to the Lafayette office. I called last week to schedule an appointment. Right at the start the receptionist took my name and birthdate. Before asking what I needed to be seen for she was very rude about a $8 balance I had from 2017! I said I would look into this since I’ve had insurance. When I arrived same lady was rude and loud. Asked me for my ID and insurance card. I said I’ve never been asked for that... read more

Wonderful staff, very friendly and caring. Everyone there is so nice. They greet you with smiles, and great energy.. Dr Ryan is very knowledgeable and he cares about your needs.. thank you guys for your hard work, and great service.

Went here for years. But now that I need to see them they refuse to see me same day. Even though they say I am already in unity systems. Unity is a joke.
