Went a handful of times and had bad experiences with both the nurse practitioner and the doctor. Both were arrogant assholes. During the 2020 pandemic I already knew I had gotten COVID twice yet the doctor continued to persuade me to get the blood test to prove I had the antibodies. After arguing back and forth several times it was basically forced on me even though I had said "no" multiple times. Horrible experience.

Let me start by saying I have never written a review like this in my life. In all honesty, this was the worst clinical experience I've ever had. Rachel Hewitt's approach and professionalism were severely lacking and, in my opinion, she is possibly the worst medical professional I have ever encountered. Given my background of working in a medical environment alongside multiple professionals, I was especially appalled by the level of care provided by Rachel. I won't be back. I realize that doctors offices is busy. But just out of the blue call and cancel my appointment and tell me to call and reschedule, but nobody will answer. It's unacceptable.

I have been going to this office for 15 years. I started out at the Flora office. We now for the past 6 years been going to the Lafayette office. I called last week to schedule an appointment. Right at the start the receptionist took my name and birthdate. Before asking what I needed to be seen for she was very rude about a $8 balance I had from 2017! I said I would look into this since I’ve had insurance. When I arrived same lady was rude and loud. Asked me for my ID and insurance card. I said I’ve never been asked for that... read more
