Such great Doctors and staff! They really care about us!
Absolutely wonderful! I came in on a recommendation, when my dog was injured, and my usual vet was unable to see my dog for a couple days. They managed to squeeze us in, very last minute, but never once did I feel rushed, or that I had caused an inconvenience. Very reasonably priced and also upfront about your bill. A genuine kindness and caring for my dog. Thank you so much.
Dr. Brooke and her staff are amazing. I have only been guided in the right direction by them, especially when it came my senior dog. I have always been fairly charged, I was going somewhere in Louisville who did overcharge, and I was so happy to find a awesome vet in Lafayette that listened to my concerns!
There Moto is a lie been a loyal customer for 3 years. An they misdiagnosed my dog gave her wrong meds. Then tried to over charge me. An now I can't get a refund on the wrong meds they gave my dog . I came in with my dog and they said it was a infected salivitory gland so I got antibiotics as soon as my dogs was done with the meds her face explode and looked like a football and I was told that they have meant ideas or plans on how to go about this . If you need a caring vet! These are the people to see. THEY ROCK! I have been with them for many years (can't remember in years how long....) they have seen us through 5 Dogs and 2 Grandogs. We are now down to 1 dog and 1 granddog. They helped with so much loving care and all the right medical needs to keep our babies happy to the very end. The docs and staff here are so genuinely wonderful. I first met the staff when putting a cat to rest, not a great time.....The doctor and assistant made this as gentle as possible. The cat I now have left goes here for routine care and I couldn't be more pleased. I also love the later hours available.
We just had our first visit to Lafayette Companion Animal Hospital, and I am beyond pleased. Our cat is a sensitive soul and has a lot of anxiety about going to the vet, but this was hands down his best visit. We've tried a few. Dr. Kugler and her staff were extraordinary - caring, knowledgable and patient. We were not pressured to do anything, and I appreciated the time everyone took to answer our questions and help us make informed decisions about future care. I think we've finally found our veterinary home.
They have always taken such good care of my baby dog Jojo. He doesn't like a lot of vets, but he is comfortable here. Very nice staff.
