My experience with Lafayette Cadillac was great. Jay Mason handled the process and made the purchase extremely easy. Everything was prepared and ready to process quickly.
No communication with staff. Will not return
Do not go here for service. Towed my vehicle there late on a Tuesday. Called Wednesday morning and was advised my appointment was on Friday. They didn't do the diagnostic until Friday late afternoon and didnt get with my extended warranty company until late in the day Monday. Finally repaired the next day on Tuesday. The only issue was a water pump. 4 hours of labor but it took an entire week! If they had any sort of real motivation to appease customers you would think that they could have had the vehicle done all in one day... read more
