The Lafayette Cadillac parts department is inept at their jobs. From taking months to receive orders, zero communication about delays, to loosing orders. After months and going to the parts department 3 different times, I finally got my two products, except that one was still incorrect. I bought a 2015 Chevy Silverado in mid December 2025 and the transmission went out 2 months later. I contacted this company and numerous employees by email and phone and havent heard anything back! Not an Oh no, Im sorry, How can we help,.... NOTHING! Honestly the buying process was pretty smooth but the follow up 0/10! If you want to buy a vehicle I wouldn't recommend here bc if anything happens they WILL NOT care!
Waiting over 3 weeks for second key fob and no communication from dealership. Edit, in response to your reply. My contact information is the same as the email from two weeks ago , where you said you would look into the matter immediately and never got back to me. Now over a month contacted sales manager as well and still no key. As expected general manager left a bot message, you know my contact information, get ahold of me if you really want to resolve
