If I could give zero stars, I would. On 8.17.26 I brought my 2012 CTS in to program a new fob. After a 3+ hour wait, I was told it couldn’t be done due to the car’s age. The employee suggested I call a "smithlock" claiming they use a “different” method than the “Cadillac way.” Two days later, a locksmith fixed it in just a few minutes. We found a used Genesis online at this dealership. We had used SUNSET CADILLAC IN VENICE FL FOR OVER 15 YEARS! We were treated like royalty. The Lafayette Cadillac parts department is inept at their jobs. From taking months to receive orders, zero communication about delays, to loosing orders. After months and going to the parts department 3 different times, I finally got my two products, except that one was still incorrect. However, I was finally being able to get to service for the key fob connection that had to be done. That department is not much better.
