Nice cafe downstairs I like getting coffee conveniently located in the lobby (Public Espresso). I also like that it's near the Greyhound station as well. Careful though of what they consider a bedtroom, as some of the bedrooms are very tiny. But giving this complex a lower star because of the apartment staff. Maintenance seems to oddly dissect things like apartment dust and walls when doing general maintenance calls. 5 stars for the Hotel Lafayette! I have lived at this location 4+ years. My apartment is equipped with modern amenities and is in a perfect downtown location. My rent is beyond reasonable and the utility costs are minimal. I even have free WiFi! Resident parking is easily coordinated with the city lots and street parking is readily available .This location is safe; secure, and perfect for young professionals looking to enjoy all the city had to offer.
