Amber always gives me good service as I am a business customer and come to her for wires and she prepares everything for me and makes sure it is all done correctly to protect me and my funds. But I wish I didnt have to drive all the way down there to center city Bethlehem just to sign my name just to send funds to my supplier. There is never a big waiting line for the counter, the bank staff is always courteous and very helpful. The bank managers are also great and at your service all the time when available, which is most of the time... This is my bank of choice and would not change it for the time being!!
Helpful secure staff yes a little slow but they make sure that the processes are correct.
Inconvenient, inefficient, impolite! They are never open late or on weekends. They take two weeks to clear a check over $5000 or out of state during which time they will charge you for insufficient funds. They don’t normally say thanks. During covid now opening late and closing early. Looking for an alternative.
