I live in an area where LaFata cabinets were part of many new homes - from the 70s through current. In 2020, we had kitchen appliances that needed replacement, and opted for different configurations, which required subtle changes to the refrigerator cabinet. The particle board fronts are not wearing well after 4 years. After many attempts to follow up with someone from this company, we finally got an answer (at least a month later) that said nothing is covered under warranty so be very aware that lifetime does not mean lifetime warranty. We would not go here ever again, our old kitchen from Dillman and Upton lasted 5 times longer and they gave much better service. Disappointing - don't use!
They were glad to take my money, but when it came to service I could get no answer. One of my drawers broke and I could not get them to come out and fix it.
