9 years ago, when I first started working with this company, they had excellent customer service. #1 across the board, best customer service. If I had a software or manikin issue, I could call for tech support, and an actual expert would help me troubleshoot immediately. We might hold 5 minutes at most. They have obviously cut staffing, and now you could be holding an hour, just to have someone say oh I can't help you with that, You need a different tier of support. This is not an exaggeration. This company is like a old western movie. The good , the bad, and the ugly. The good is is the generous time off you get- you will need it. The bad is the starting pay. Honestly adding pickles to buns probably pays more and with less stress. The ugly is the toxic work environment. As a former employee, everyday was very ,very stressful. They will say nice things to your face but laugh as your walking away. Seriously reconsider this as your employment career.
