Every step of the way Janice showed why she is the best Realtor in this crazy market. She went above and beyond to help us prepare for our home purchase (connecting us to the best lenders, inspectors, etc.) and our home sale (targeted upgrades, staging, getting our title V done before winter). Jan did an amazing job, making a plan for us to exit our well loved home after 34 years. We needed to refresh with paint, cleaners, window washers. We needed to sell items and donate others. Moving is not for the weak! She assisted all along the way with great referrals. Jan’s marketing is exceptional and our house got multiple overasking bidd the first weekend making for a quick sale.
Janice and her team treated us like family, always responded quickly, were honest and hard working and got us a great deal on both buying a home and selling that home a few years later. I couldn't recommend them more highly! Anyone would be lucky to have her team at the helm.
Janice was terrific throughout the entire sales process. She knew what demographic the house would appeal to and what the important considerations would be as a buyer.
