Long story short, awful . Always the one chasing for answers, bought a home that needs 60,000 worth of basement work because it was so overlooked or not looked at what so ever . We don't even know if our realtor came to look at our house because she wasn't with us when we did. Like so many other houses she was " busy" so never really came to look at any. Maybe 3-4 within the 5 months we looked. Now ( after waiting inspection ) we've have 3 differnt foundation guys look saying how obvious it is to anyone knowing what to look ... read more
