My wife and I made the mistake of purchasing our first home thru Laer. Their agents Danielle Rossi and Kristin Weekley sold Danielle's mother in laws home to us. We are expecting our first baby and within the first week we noticed that the sewage was running into the basement and there were exposed wires in the attic. We made the mistake of trusting them. I hope nobody else gets taken advantage of.

It doesn’t make sense to me, as a resident of Chelmsford, to trash a town where you are trying to sell property. FOX AND FRIENDS? Really? Over a town official being perhaps bit over-zealous? Were you fined? Brought to court? Embarrassed in any way? You have unleashed a hate storm. Our town officials work hard and deserve better. I have no idea what kind of real estate agency you run but I hope you think your moment of fame was worth it.
