They are not reliable I bought new house in dracut from LAER just 2 months later I found out squeak in bedroom -kitchen and foyer I called them many times and I went to the office they didn't help me and the insurance didn't cover it I don't recommend to buy new home from LAER realtor
This is the most unprofessional business/ realtor service, especially the agent Stephen Morris. He is not responsive and would rather take vacations than help his clients. I signed a lease with him on Sept 1st 2022. It is now 9/13/22 and I still have not received keys for the apartment or an explanation to what is going on. Waiting for their response has put me in a position that I had to vacate my apartment with my children and we are left to hang and figure out housing.
