The worst buying experience ever. They lied and said the house would be completed in April so we sign the contract in February. April turned to June.. June turned to July.. July turned to August.. August turned into September. They ran the credit score that many times!!! Also, they didn’t fix everything they were suppose to after our first walk thru and conveniently lost the paper that Rich completed on what repairs needed to be fixed by move in. Love the houses, a little to expansive cant afford
DR Horton building on both sides of my home. It has been a total nightmare since they began and it continues to be. They do not have respect or consideration for residents. They are causing damage to my grass which is professionally taken care of and costs me hundreds of dollars. They have trashed the street with garbage from workers, they cleaned up when I complained and just started to leave trash all around again. Worst builder ever.
