Went in 10 minutes after they opened and was immediately taken care of. Heather and Lindsey (medical imaging) went above and beyond! I have been to this facility before and they are bar none top tier!!!
Always heard good things about this location, so took our daughter in for a medical concern this morning. We were waiting to be checked in when there was a code blue (which yes, I understand is a life-threatening situation to that patient) and the triage nurse checking patients in told us to leave.
I've never had any issues with staff and it's a calm atmosphere. Unfortunately it can take a while to get in because people come from everywhere because the waiting at Nanaimo or Duncan hospital can be a way longer wait.
