My experience with Lady's Appraisal was a good one. I had no idea what to expect as I had simply pulled the business off of a Google search. Kathy was flexible when I had to change the meeting time, and then --she was perfectly on time to the minute which was much appreciated. Kathy answered the phone when I called Ladys Appraisal Service to discuss ordering a property appraisal. She was polite, answered all my questions and set up an appointment. Kathy was prompt for the appointment and walked me through the appraisal process. She asked pertinent questions and answered all my questions. She was courteous and professional. We all want someone we can trust when making a purchase. Kathy took the time to talk with me, explain the answer to my questions. I can say her trustworthiness comes right thorough the phone. Easy on the ears, clear understandable examples, no rushing or demeaning comments. She will be getting any and all referrals.
