Kathy answered the phone when I called Ladys Appraisal Service to discuss ordering a property appraisal. She was polite, answered all my questions and set up an appointment. Kathy was prompt for the appointment and walked me through the appraisal process. She asked pertinent questions and answered all my questions. She was courteous and professional. My experience with Lady's Appraisal was a good one. I had no idea what to expect as I had simply pulled the business off of a Google search. Kathy was flexible when I had to change the meeting time, and then --she was perfectly on time to the minute which was much appreciated. The final paperwork was completed in a timely fashion, within the time frame agreed-upon. Someone answers the phone promptly if you call, I didn't have to wait for responses/replies. OMG! I just had the best experience with this appraisal service. I didn’t really know where to start to appeal my real estate tax increase. She was so kind and informative. She literally walked me through the process, shared comps in the area, helped me script my conversation with the city and then let me know she was there to provide an appraisal, if necessary. Talking with her was the best part of my day and I will definitely recommend her services to everyone I know. The world really is filled with good people. 😊
