Erin did an amazing job at identifying and addressing tight/painful problem areas for me. I went in for my back and shoulders, but she also discovered a lot of tension in my hips and neck. As soon as she started working on them it was like she was scratching the itch I didn't know I had! It wasn’t until she started that I could say “Yes! Erin is exceptional at what she does, helped me relieve many aches and pains in one session tailored to my needs. Truly feels like she knows exactly what she is doing. I felt safe fully relaxing every muscle as she seemed to know just how hard to press in each spot before I would tense up from pain (unlike typical massages I’ve had). Thank you!

I literally have had hundreds of massage therapists... Being a former ballet dancer, I highly value taking care of my body, which means getting regular tune-ups and also getting help immediately if I'm injured. My body is my main instrument!
