Had an appointment between 12 and 2 they no showed. I thought maybe human error I got the wrong day or time called left a message waited 48 hours still no callback. Called again this time straight to VM. I cannot speak on there quality of service but I can say there customer service is poor. I gladly update this review if this matter gets resolved until then 1 star I'll keep searching for trusted business or do it myself.. LATE TO OUR APPOINTMENT! HAD US WAITING FOR THEM TO SHOW UP. WAS READY ANIMALS IN THE CAR EVERHTHING FOR THE TIME THEY WHERE SUPPOSED TO BE HERE. NOPE HALF HOUR STILL NOT HERE! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
