LATE TO OUR APPOINTMENT! HAD US WAITING FOR THEM TO SHOW UP. WAS READY ANIMALS IN THE CAR EVERHTHING FOR THE TIME THEY WHERE SUPPOSED TO BE HERE. NOPE HALF HOUR STILL NOT HERE! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
