We have had our “Lawn Master Service” for many years. Service...or expertise was never exceptional with this company. We knew it never would be. We continued our relationship due to the inconvenience of interviewing other companies. We travel abroad, so time is a real issue. As our professional relationship continued, the service went from below average to HORRIBLE! . We lost many shrubs to invasive pest and diseases. The weeds in the grass continued to worsen also. RecommendedI just finished a conversation with their office staff and she was very kind, professional, and understanding. I have never used this service but that is a great impression considering it was a cold call :)
These guys do a fantastic job and they are the biggest reason that we earned the East Hill Neighborhood Star a while back. Can't say enough good things about our technician, Kyle. He is courteous, prompt, and very professional! I would give Kyle and Lawnmasters a 5 out of 5 star review.
Just watched one of your guys (long blondish hair with a beard) stop his rig to help a turtle cross Shoreline Dr. I've never used y'all before, but if y'all put the same care into the yards you treat, im sure it's great service. Will def use you in the future

It's been really great having Lawn Master take on my yard. Looks great and when I have a yard cutting day change, they are always willing to come back out and check my yard for absorption and so willing to keep it green and healthy for me. Keeping pests down has been a surprise for me! Well worth it to add this treatment in my opinion.
Always on time & the staff is very friendly and helpful! From the girls in the office to the tech. Highly recommended
