I was thrilled to find a florist local to my in-laws who delivered. The arrangement was beautiful, and received same day.
I had to call in to make changes to an order and they were extremely helpful and kind. Very grateful for their excellent customer service.
What a wonderful family-owned business! The flowers are arranged with remarkable skill, and the friendly staff feels like family. Along with their fresh flowers they have a variety of plants and beautiful pots to put them in. I especially love greeting their friendly animals if I am lucky enough to see them! Decorah Floral is definitely my favorite small town store!
Extremely rude phone call received after order placed. Knowing it is Mother’s Day weekend I know things are busy. On the site it stated if ordered before X time the order would be delivered today. I received a call and the lady on the line laughed at me and we rude. She could’ve presented the information more professionally. Will not be returning. I know things are stressful, but have some respect.
