The roses I got were perfect. Fresh, and each stem had water capsules at the bottom. The florist also called to make sure I was ready to pick up, etc. Good attention to detail. I must, however, deduct one star due to the card that was included. When I typed my message online, I had it in two languages because the recipient of the roses’ first language is not english. Phoned an order in for delivery as a thank you to a friend of mine. Didn’t have a specific “arrangement” in mind. Just gave them a price and a request for something bright and cheerful. They were easy to deal with and the flowers they put together and delivered were simply lovely. Just what I wanted. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Ladybug florist! The designers really know how to bring your imagination to life with flowers! The floral arrangements they created for my birthday dinner were beautiful and fresh—and the best part is the flowers lasted much longer than I expected. Over a week later, they were still looking vibrant. You can tell they really care about quality and making sure their customers are happy. Would definitely recommend Ladybug Florist!
