Today I was lucky to have the most beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered to me , they were stunning but the beautiful woman who delivered them caught me in a very emotionally difficult moment for me and she turned back to offer me a hug. To which I fell into her arms and cried. She just held me and let me cry. In the world today where many lack compassion she gave me hope and truly made me feel better. Everyone makes mistakes; it's how you make up for it that counts. I had some concerns about an arrangement from Ladybug, and I found them very responsive and VERY customer service oriented. Look at this stunning arrangement!! You can't see it very well, but the arrangement came in a stunning red glass vase. They do excellent work that anyone would be happy to send or to receive.

You won’t regret stepping into this beautiful flower boutique. I was invited into the walk-on flower fridge to personally select my own bouquet. The experience and selection was an unexpected joy! Wish that I lived in this Toronto neighborhood, i’d be in there every week.
The roses I got were perfect. Fresh, and each stem had water capsules at the bottom. The florist also called to make sure I was ready to pick up, etc. Good attention to detail. I must, however, deduct one star due to the card that was included. When I typed my message online, I had it in two languages because the recipient of the roses’ first language is not english.
