Service was terrible, notified me it was delivered and it wasn’t. It was eventually found. I ordered the top of the line (which is described as PREMIUM) and paid for that type of arrangement. What was delivered I could have bought at a grocery store. It was embarrassing to have that delivered for my 94 year old mom’s birthday. I paid for PREMIUM AND CARNATIONS ARE NOT PREMIUM. Do not go by the pictures on their website, mine looked nothing like that. Lastly, there was no customer service. They could care less.
