She not really reliable and doesn't answer calls. would not recommend her services. She talks so much and ends up charging her customers
I had a contract with Ladybug Cleaning which she did not honor; she just stopped showing up. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. She was great in the beginning, but after a few months, she slacked off. If you have pets (especially a shedding dog or an indoor cat...she won't go near a room with a litter box in it), do NOT hire this company. She refused to follow basic requests (e.g. empty vacuum after using, call if there are problems, provide advance notice of cleaning schedule changes, etc.) Would give negative stars ... read more
