I had an excellent experience with Ladybug Cleaning Services in Las Vegas. From start to finish, they were professional, kind, meticulous, and very reasonably priced. The owner personally came to my home to provide a fair quote, which I really appreciated, especially during a stressful move-out situation where I needed things handled quickly and correctly. UPDATE: 3/29/26- Been a customer for more than four years now. I have never been disappointed or had to make a call or complaint. Each time this team does all and above what our home needs. Used them for about 9 months. Horrible communication skills. Fernando never responds 80% of the time. And their digital assistant is as dumb as a brick. They increased their prices from Jan 12th, they sent a message about the price increase. I was fine with the price increase. They were supposed to show up to clean my house today Jan 15th, but they did not show up. Apparently I was supposed to respond and say I am fine with the price increase. The owner of this business is very responsible and detail driven. I've worked with him for 3 years and did more than 100 cleanings - all done to an impeccable level. I highly recommend Ladybug cleaning!
