My bridesmaids, 5 of them, placed their orders starting on January 9, 2013. The dresses were from different designers. At the time of purchase, Barb guaranteed that the dresses would be in by April, plenty of time for my August 3 wedding. Mid April one dress came in. At the time of pickup for this dress, we were guaranteed that the others would be in the next Friday. The next Friday came and no dresses. Barb you should be ashamed of yourself! The stress you have inflicted on your clients is disgusting, the fact that you make Nadia do your dirty work is cowardly. Lying to your customers on a daily basis is dishonest. Sending your clients to Canpar to pick up their own orders and pay your balance because you are broke and cannot be bothered is heartless. I ordered a bridesmaid dress in July 2012 at Ladybug Bridals. My experience has been a NIGHTMARE that I can't seem to wake up from! The employee that assisted me quoted me one price when I was in the salon, and $35 more when I called to pay my deposit. I asked to have the store owner, Barb call me. She didn't and after a few days, I called back. Absolutely the WORST service I have ever had to experience. Not only does the store lie about when and where dresses are, they do not take responsibility for anything. I would never go back nor would I suggest anyone do anything other than run from this store. Barb is rude and I have never been treated so poorly as a customer. I don't know how this store is still in business. I have had mixed experiences with Ladybug Bridal. On the one hand, when I ordered my wedding dress and previous bridesmaids dresses, they were amazing - the seamstress associated with the store, Mariella, is incredible. I absolutely love my wedding dress and the service associated with it was amazing. The problem lies in the dresses for my bridesmaids.
