Very helpful, great selection.
I have never used this particular florist before but they were recommended so I called them today to order flowers for my daughter to receive on Valentine's Day. I spoke with a man who took my order. After telling him who I was, who the flowers were for, where to deliver them I was asked what I would like to say on the card. I told him what I wanted to say and he evidently couldn't hear me clearly so he asked me to repeat it. As I was repeating it again I was hung up on!!
