Paid my rent early, and am being asked for late fees. They have given complete strangers spare keys to my apartment. I've called multiple times about this towel rack, and the faceplate of my stove (literally duct taped inside). The response from management below seems to suggest that I haven't contacted them about it a dozen times. There's also a horrendous maple bug infestation in the building. Our apartment was extremely dirty. We were told that the apartment would be cleaned before we moved in, but it was so, so dirty. In 15 years of living in rental properties (managed by several different companies) this is the dirtiest apartment I have ever seen. It looks as though it has not been cleaned in years.
