Lots of time was spent with Carol and Catherine. As a buyer. But then at the final walk thru I got to meet owner of lady of lakes and daughter along with those 2. It was an act of God , a very serious rainstorm developed and a leak from the ceiling started dripping into a cottage cheese container on top of the water heater. In 20 min. Appx 8oz of water.
