We worked primarily with Matt on the search for, and eventual purchase of, a NH lake house. Matt, Carl, and Paula are very knowledgeable about the lakes region and worked tirelessly to help us find the right property for our family. Matt was always available to hunt down information, answer our questions, and schedule viewings of new listings. He was caring, thorough, and professional throughout the process. It was a pleasure to work with the team at Lady of the Lake Realty.
We met Carl at open house the very first day of our exploratory lake cottage search. He came across as genuine and knowledgeable person, so when he reached out couple weeks later, we decided to give him and our lake home search more serious try. We are glad we did.
