We worked primarily with Matt on the search for, and eventual purchase of, a NH lake house. Matt, Carl, and Paula are very knowledgeable about the lakes region and worked tirelessly to help us find the right property for our family. Matt was always available to hunt down information, answer our questions, and schedule viewings of new listings. He was caring, thorough, and professional throughout the process. We met Carl at open house the very first day of our exploratory lake cottage search. Paula and her family helped us to buy a lake house, and then to sell it 13 years later. We always felt that we were in really good hands during both transactions. Totally professional and knowledgeable, but also very warm and caring people. You can't find better!
