Marcelle is pure magic! She completely nailed my low-maintenance mushroom brown vision and made the whole experience so fun. She’s warm, funny, insanely talented, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making your hair dreams come true. The salon is gorgeous and the whole team is a delight. Marcelle is truly a gem. Can’t recommend her enough!
What a lovely and welcoming space Lady Neptune is. Rebecca put sparkles in my hair today, I left feeling very sparkly, not just from the sparkles but the experience was just so nurturing and uplifting. I loved that Rebecca had me choose an affirmation card from her deck before we got started. How thoughtful. What a nice thing to do. Rebecca is so attentive, caring, kind, personable and very professional. I will look forward to going back to Lady Neptune. Highly recommned.
As a new client, Al was very helpful in trying to understand what I was looking for out of the inspo pics that I showed her. I love how she transformed my hair, it was exactly what I was looking for! Happy to say I will be coming back!
Excellent experience at Lady Neptune. Such a lovely and warm environment. I went here for the first time after it recommended by a friend. Al was so welcoming and really revitalized my hair! I was not sure what kind of style I was looking for and she helped me figure it out. It was long haircut and took lots off and added layers and face-framing. So so happy with my haircut and will definitely be coming back!
Lady Neptune is a colorful and welcoming oasis of style! Not only is the space a delight to be in, everyone who works there is friendly too. I really enjoy seeing all the amazing styles in the other stylists' chairs while I'm there. I always feel at home here! I'm lucky that I came across Rebecca when she was at her previous spot.
