I’ve been to Lady Neptune twice now and both visits were genuinely incredible. The whole space is warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully curated. It’s such a calm, comfortable environment and you can tell everyone there really cares about their craft. I’ve seen both Marcelle and Rebecca and they were equally fantastic. They took the time to really listen to what I was hoping for, asked thoughtful questions, and helped me put words to the cut and color I had in my head but couldn’t fully explain. The hype is real! Marcelle is uber talented and I knew from the reviews that she would be! She took her time and gave me exactly what I asked for. I will definitely be a returning client.
Al is such a wonderful stylist and person! I didn’t ask for a huge change, just a layer refresh for my curls and they delivered wonderfully! The vibes in the salon are so laid back, everyone is so comfortable and chatting with each other, it’s a wonderful place! I could not recommend Lady Neptune enough.
Al has given me exactly what I've asked for with color and cut. She's very inclusive, but also intuitive about the look you're going for and the process. She's kind, easy to talk to and be around. I've had some pretty inconsistent cuts and colors over the last few years. W/ Al, I feel that I will walk out with what I'm asking for and even better. She's helped me find the fun, but subtle cut and blonde that I have been wanting for a while.
Got one of my favorite haircuts I’ve ever had from Al! Fun chill vibes and beautiful interior. Highly recommend!
