I went with a friend to get her nails done today. They looked awful. My friend was upset but politely asked them to fix the acrylics even apologizing for the trouble. Not only did they butcher her nails and injure her fingers but they threw us out and slammed the door in our faces. I've never seen or experienced such terrible customer service.
These people sound horrid, someone needs to sue. .. seriously.
Horrible place my wife was un satisfied and in spite of my wife they completely ruined her nails and made her bleed
